Vegan Smoky Cheddar Cheese Ball
You won’t be able to stop once you start eating this vegan smoky cheddar cheese ball! It is creamy, rich, and full of flavor. This is great to bring to a party. Everyone, regardless of whether they eat dairy or not, will love it! This is similar to our chipotle cheeseball, only this one is not spicy and has delicious smoky roasted sunflowers as the coating.
This cheese ball is made with a base of cashews, with awesome flavors and a bit of refined coconut oil so it holds its shape well. It is a beautiful centerpiece for a vegan cheese board or hors d’oeuvres tray. Tastes excellent with crackers, fruits, raw veggies, and vegan pepperoni or sausage.
I served these cheese balls at two Thanksgiving dinners and everyone raves about them. Definitely a favorite!
Our cheeseballs also taste great spread on sandwiches and wraps. You can even mash some cheeseball with water (little by little) to make a quick salad dressing. So many ways to use the leftovers! (If there are any). Want to save some for later? They can be kept in the freezer as well!
