Vegan Mozzarella Cheese Block
Vegan cheese is hard to find in Malaysia, but not anymore! Craving a good pizza? This vegan mozzarella style cheese is perfect! It slices, grates, melts, and stretches. Add it to your favorite pizza base (above or below the toppings) and bake at 230ºC for 12-15 minutes for a perfect pizza! This cheese is also awesome grated on top of pasta, lasagna, in a grilled cheese sandwich, a caprese salad, and much more!
Block of cheese is at least 230g
almond milk (almonds, filtered water) OR organic soymilk, refined coconut oil, tapioca starch, kappa carrageenan, nutritional yeast, salt, lactic acid
