Vegan High Protein Granola - Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip - no oil
Vegan high protein peanut butter chocolate chip granola! This crunchy granola is a favorite of both adults and kids! What is not to love with the combination of peanut butter and chocolate! But if you prefer it plain or with raisins you can choose those options as well! This high protein granola gets a boost of protein from cooked lentils. But don’t worry, no one will even guess they are there. Organic oats, buckwheat, and flax give a great boost of protein, omega 3, and many other nutrients as well. Not to mention the hefty dose of peanut butter. This granola also has no oil! Lightly sweetened with gula melaka because our families need a boost of nutrients and protein for breakfast, not a sugar rush. Serve with nondairy milk and fresh fruit for breakfast. Sprinkle over chia pudding or banana ice cream for a snack, or just eat right out of the container!
Ingredients: organic oats, organic red lentils, organic buckwheat, whole wheat flour, raisins or vegan chocolate chips (optional), gula melaka syrup, peanut butter (roasted peanuts, salt), organic ground flaxseed, himalayan salt
**if you need your granola to be gluten free, I will use certified gluten free oats and no wheat flour. Choose gluten free from the drop down menu at the top before adding the granola to your cart.
