Vegan Frozen Pizza - Stuffed Crust Barbecue
Where can you go when you want vegan pizza in a hurry? There are not many options in Malaysia, especially if you want vegan cheese on it! But worry no more with our homemade vegan frozen pizzas! Have a couple of these stashed in your freezer for a quick dinner, late night snack, after school munchies, etc.
Each pizza is 9” (23cm). The crust is made with organic wheat flour (you can choose either unbleached white or whole wheat). It is topped with our homemade smoky barbecue sauce, a generous amount of our vegan mozzarella cheese, and delicious barbecue “chicken” seitan pieces! And of course, as this is a STUFFED CRUST pizza, you will find gooey mozzarella stuffed into the crust, yum!!!
Bake at 230C for 15-18 minutes until the cheese has melted (it will do most of its melting in the last few minutes, so if it is not melted to your liking, just leave it in the oven for a couple more minutes. The hot temperature is important for getting a good melt to the cheese.
Feel free to top your pizza with any additional toppings of your choice before baking!

Crust: organic wheat flour (either unbleached white or whole wheat), filtered water, yeast, gula melaka, salt
Barbecue Sauce: Tomato paste, filtered water, gula melaka (coconut sugar), organic blackstrap molasses, organic apple cider vinegar, liquid smoke, onion powder, garlic powder, himalayan salt, spices
Mozzarella: organic soymilk, refined coconut oil, tapioca starch, kappa carrageenan, nutritional yeast, himalayan salt, lactic acid
Barbecue Chicken pieces: wheat gluten, water, okara (the soybean pulp leftover from making organic soymilk), chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, sunflower oil, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, barbecue sauce
Other: extra virgin olive oil for spreading the crust
