Vegan Frozen Pizza - Pepperoni
Where can you go when you want vegan pizza in a hurry? There are not many options in Malaysia, especially if you want vegan cheese on it! But worry no more with our homemade vegan frozen pizzas! Have a couple of these stashed in your freezer for a quick dinner, late night snack, after school munchies, etc.
Each pizza is 9” (23cm). The crust is made with organic wheat flour (you can choose either unbleached white or whole wheat). It is topped with herbed pizza sauce, a generous amount of our vegan mozzarella cheese, and our popular vegan pepperoni!
Bake at 230C for 15-18 minutes until the cheese has melted (it will do most of its melting in the last few minutes, so if it is not melted to your liking, just leave it in the oven for a couple more minutes. The hot temperature is important for getting a good melt to the cheese.
Feel free to top your pizza with any additional toppings of your choice before baking!
If you do not consume onion/garlic, choose that option. You can also order our cheese pizza and add the toppings of your choice!
Crust: organic wheat flour (either unbleached white or whole wheat), filtered water, yeast, gula melaka, salt
Pizza Sauce: tomato paste, filtered water, dried oregano, dried basil, black pepper, gula melaka, salt
Mozzarella: organic soymilk, refined coconut oil, tapioca starch, kappa carrageenan, nutritional yeast, himalayan salt, lactic acid
Pepperoni: wheat gluten, water, sunflower oil, soy sauce, tomato paste, onion powder, smoked paprika, fennel, garlic powder, chili flakes, herbs and spices
Other: extra virgin olive oil for spreading the crust
