Vegan Frozen Pizza - Cheeseburger

Where can you go when you want vegan pizza in a hurry? There are not many options in Malaysia, especially if you want vegan cheese on it! But worry no more with our homemade vegan frozen pizzas! Have a couple of these stashed in your freezer for a quick dinner, late night snack, after school munchies, etc.
Each pizza is 9” (23cm). The crust is made with organic wheat flour (you can choose either unbleached white or whole wheat). Or you can choose our gluten free crust for some styles!
This vegan cheeseburger style pizza is topped with a ketchup/mustard sauce, sautéed burger crumbles, and a blend of our mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. A few rings of onion decorate the top. After baking, feel free to add your favorite burger toppings! Some suggestions are tomato, lettuce, pickles, and onions. Delicious!
Bake at 230C for 15-18 minutes until the cheese has melted (it will do most of its melting in the last few minutes, so if it is not melted to your liking, just leave it in the oven for a couple more minutes. The hot temperature is important for getting a good melt to the cheese.
Feel free to top your pizza with any toppings of your choice before baking!
This pizza has onion/garlic, but if you avoid onion/garlic you can order our cheese or pepperoni pizzas

Burger crumble topping: beefy crumbles (vital wheat gluten, filtered water, chickpea flour, soy sauce, sunflower oil, onion powder, vegan Worcestershire sauce and/or marmite, and salt), chopped onion, sunflower oil, salt, pepper, spices
