Vegan Cranberry Pumpkin Seed Cheese Ball
You will be the hero of the party when you bring this vegan cranberry pumpkin seed cheese ball! It is creamy, rich, and coated with colorful and tasty dried cranberries and raw pumpkin seeds. If it’s not a vegan party you don’t even need to say it’s vegan, it will be gobbled up and then you can let them know!!
This cheese ball is made with a base of mostly cashews, with awesome flavors and a bit of refined coconut oil so it holds its shape well. It is a beautiful centerpiece for a vegan cheese board or hors d’oeuvres tray. Tastes excellent with crackers, fruits, fresh herbs, and raw veggies. You can use leftovers as a dressing or sauce by mixing with a little water, or just use as a sandwich spread.
My husband said that this was probably the best thing I have ever made and that’s saying a lot, so you know it has to be great!
The cheese ball can also be customized. So if you want it smoky, orange cheddar, or some other fruits/nuts as a coating, just let me know!
