Gluten Free Vegan Frozen Pizza - Barbecue

Where can you go when you want gluten free vegan pizza in a hurry? There are not many options in Malaysia, especially if you want vegan cheese on it! But worry no more with our homemade gluten free vegan frozen pizzas! Have a couple of these stashed in your freezer for a quick dinner, late night snack, after school munchies, etc.
Each pizza is 9” (23cm). It is topped with our homemade smoky barbecue sauce, and good layer of vegan mozzarella. For the barbecue topping you can choose whether you want barbecue chickpeas or barbecue tofu.
Bake at 230C for 15-18 minutes until the cheese has melted (it will do most of its melting in the last few minutes, so if it is not melted to your liking, just leave it in the oven for a couple more minutes. The hot temperature is important for getting a good melt to the cheese.
Feel free to top your pizza with any additional toppings of your choice before baking!
This pizza has onion/garlic, but you can choose to order it without! I will then use my no onion/garlic barbecue sauce, and not put the onions as a topping
Barbecue Sauce: Tomato paste, filtered water, gula melaka (coconut sugar), organic blackstrap molasses, organic apple cider vinegar, liquid smoke, onion powder, garlic powder, himalayan salt, spices
Mozzarella: organic soymilk, refined coconut oil, tapioca starch, kappa carrageenan, nutritional yeast, himalayan salt, lactic acid
Gluten Free Crust*: organic brown rice flour, tapioca starch, white rice flour, potato starch, organic flaxseed, psyllium husk, yeast, Gula Melaka, oil (olive or sunflower), baking powder, salt
**Please note that we make all of our products in the same kitchen, though we take special care to wash bowls, etc. thoroughly before mixing our gluten free options.
