Chocolately, rich, and sweet. Make some quick chocolate milk, pour it on ice cream, or use it as a fruit dip. Any way you use it, you’ll be glad to have this chocolate syrup in the fridge! Many chocolate syrups you find in the store are actually vegan by chance, but they still have scary ingredient lists! High fructose corn syrup, preservatives, artificial flavors, colors, etc. yuck! Our delicious syrup has only a few ingredients and is so tasty! No refined sugars here - we use gula melaka to sweeten, which also adds to the flavor.
SOOOO.... what can you do with this chocolate syrup? Here are some ways that we use it!
- Dip fruit in it!
- Stir into cold non dairy milk to make chocolate milk
- Stir into hot non dairy milk for a quick hot chocolate
- Pour over ice cream
- Mix with peanut butter or another nut/seed butter to make a dip, spread, or quick frosting
- Sneak a spoonful for a quick chocolatey treat
1 jar - minimum 150ml
storage info: keep your chocolate sauce in the fridge. I don’t know how long it lasts, but I’ve never had it go bad. My current suggestion is to use it up within 6 weeks.
gula melaka, filtered water, cocoa powder, natural vanilla (non alcohol), pinch of himalayan salt
