Vegan pepperoni - the perfect pizza topping! It comes in a log, so use a sharp knife to cut it in thin slices (or thick if you’d like!) or chop it up into bits to top your pizza, salad, casserole, etc.
ingredients: wheat gluten, water, sunflower oil, soy sauce, tomato paste, onion powder, smoked paprika, fennel, garlic powder, chili flakes, herbs and spices
*Can be made with no onion/garlic, just choose that variation
Pepperoni will keep in the fridge for about a week, or store in the freezer for several months. You can slice it up and freeze it in small containers or in foil so you can take some out each time you make a pizza!
