These sausages are very slightly sweet and have a small kick of chili flakes. They are precooked, so you just need to thaw them (in the fridge overnight or in the microwave) and heat them in a pan with a touch of oil (best result), on a grill, or in the microwave. Enjoy them with a full breakfast of toast or pancakes, tofu scramble, and sautéed veggies. Or try them wrapped in pastry and baked. Also great sliced on pizza or on a salad! Keep in the fridge for up to a week, or in the freezer for several months. No MSG, all natural ingredients!
