Smoky Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
These smoky roasted pumpkin seeds are an addictive snack! I pan roast the seeds until they are perfectly puffed and browned, and then season them with Bragg’s amino acids (similar to soy sauce), liquid smoke, and a dash of cayenne.
These taste awesome as a salad topper! They are also great sprinkled on pasta, casserole, fried rice, etc. Another of my favorite ways to eat these is with some raw or roasted nuts and raisins/dried fruits. The smoky salty pumpkin seeds give a pop of flavor to trail mix!
Pumpkin seeds are a wonderfully nutritious seed! The are a great source of:

Pumpkin seeds, Braggs amino acids (gluten free), liquid smoke, cayenne pepper
