Vegan Greek Cheese
Vegan Greek cheese is an excellent snacking and cooking cheese. This non dairy cheese slices, grates, melts, and gets nice and gooey/stretchy! This cheese is inspired by Greek style salads which often feature cheese, kalamata olives, and fresh and/or sundried tomatoes. This snacking cheese is great on crackers and in salads. It is also delicious on pasta, pizza, sandwiches, grilled cheese, casseroles, and more!
This special cheese costs slightly more than our other block cheeses, as we use quality sundried tomatoes and kalamata olives. The block of cheese weighs at least 260g, about 20g more than our other blocks of cheese.

organic soymilk*, refined coconut oil, tapioca starch, kalamata olives, sundried tomatoes, nutritional yeast, kappa carrageenan, salt, organic apple cider vinegar, lactic acid, onion powder
*Can be made with no onion/garlic, just choose that variation
*I use organic soymilk as the base. But if you do not eat soy and want fresh almond milk as the base, just let me know after you order!
