Vegan Organic Buckwheat Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough - Gluten Free

This gluten free* cookie dough is ready to be baked up into delicious homestyle cookies (small or large, you choose!). Or just eat as is, who doesn’t love a spoon of cookie dough! Slice or spoon the frozen or thawed dough onto a pan (grease it or use baking paper), leaving a bit of space between the cookies. Bake at 170C for 5-12 minutes, depending on the size of your cookies. Do not overbake, they will be slightly browned and fairly soft. Let cool on the pan for 10 minutes before removing. Bake for just a couple minutes longer if you prefer crispy cookies.
Storage: keep the dough frozen. Once thawed, bake or store in fridge for up to 4 days. Baked cookies can be stored in the fridge for a week or frozen for several months.
