Sweeteners - You won’t find any white sugar here! Some of these desserts are sweetened with gula melaka (and some with a touch of unrefined sugar), and some are sweetened with only dates!
Flour - No white flour here! The desserts here that have some flour use either whole wheat flour or oat flour.
Oil - A couple of the desserts here have a bit of sunflower and/or coconut oil, but the majority use nut/seed butter for richness, or cashews/coconut cream.
