Vegan Maple Walnut Crunch Ice Cream 1 L tub
Looking for something cool and creamy on a hot day? A sweet cold scoop to add to the top of some cake or brownies? This smooth and cool vegan maple walnut crunch ice cream is perfect!
This special maple based ice cream is studded with delicious crunchy candied walnuts, made with pure maple syrup. Yum! It is sweetened with organic unrefined cane sugar.
**our vegan ice creams can be quite hard/solid straight out of the freezer (sometimes you get a lucky batch that turns out fluffier). But that’s a good thing,it’s not full of air, so you’re getting more ice cream! Don’t panic, just let it sit out for 10-20 minutes and then you can scoop it! Feeling impatient? You can also microwave it for a few seconds (up to 30 seconds for a full container) to quickly soften it for easy scooping.
The full fat coconut milk gives this ice cream a rich and creamy feel. The fresh made cashew cream helps the creaminess and balances the coconut flavor.

- On top of some vegan brownies
- With birthday cake!
- In an ice cream cone
- Smashed between two vegan cookies
- With chocolate sauce on top
Ice cream base:Coconut milk, cashew cream (filtered water, cashews), organic unrefined cane sugar, candied walnuts (walnuts, pure maple syrup, organic unrefined cane sugar, Himalayan salt, sunflower oil*, natural maple extract (non alcohol), himalayan salt
*after much experimenting, we found that adding just a touch of sunflower oil to our ice cream base (just 1 or 2 tablespoons per liter) gives it a smoother texture and allows it to be not as rock hard straight out of the freezer. It also helps keep it a good texture when keeping it in the freezer for more than a month. If you prefer no oil in your ice cream base, just let us know after ordering.
**if you have any food allergies to specific kinds of nuts/seeds/etc. let me know and I can adjust the recipe to accommodate you :)
