Vegan Lemon Pepper Pistachio Cheese Ball
You will be the star of the party when you bring this vegan lemon pepper pistachio cheese ball! It is creamy, rich, and full of flavor. If it’s not a vegan party you don’t even need to say it’s vegan, it will be gobbled up and then you can let them know!!
This cheese ball is made with a base of mostly cashews, with awesome flavors and a bit of refined coconut oil so it holds its shape well (if you prefer no oil just let me know after ordering). It is a beautiful centerpiece for a vegan cheese board or hors d’oeuvres tray. Tastes excellent with crackers, fruits, fresh herbs, and raw veggies. You can use leftovers as a dressing or sauce by mixing with a little water, or use as a sandwich spread.
This Cheeseball is coated with lightly toasted pistachios and you can choose to add cranberries to the coating as well. We like the added sweet contrast with the cranberries, but if you want pure savory, choose just pistachios .
