Almonds: a great protein source, they are also high in fiber, biotin, copper, vitamin E, B2, manganese, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, zinc, and other essential nutrients. They are high in monounsaturated fats, the healthy kind that are great for lowering cholesterol. Adding almonds to your diet helps protect against diabetes, heart diseas, and more! Using while almonds (including the skins) adds way more antioxidants, so those bars use whole almonds for the best nutrients!
Flax: this powerhouse seed is full of the important Omega 3 as well as fiber, protein, magnesium, iron, B6, calcium, and much more!
