Vegan Monterey Jack Cheese – Classic Smooth Block

Vegan cheese now in Malaysia! Vegan monterey jack cheese is an excellent snacking and cooking cheese.  This non dairy cheese has a smooth texure and slices, grates, melts, and gets nice and gooey/stretchy!  This tangy mild snacking cheese is great on crackers and with fruit.  It is also delicious on pasta, sandwiches, grilled cheese, casseroles, enchiladas, tacos, and more!

Ingredients: 

organic soymilk, refined coconut oil, tapioca starch, nutritional yeast, kappa carrageenan, salt, organic apple cider vinegar, olive extract, onion powder, spices
